Centraudio, Inc. is an American multi-platform audio content and entertainment organization based in Houston, Texas, United States. Since May 2025, it is an independent subsidiary of GloboRB, a multinational mass media conglomerate owned and operated by Trujillo, Inc. Founded in 2016, Centraudio, Inc. is one of the largest radio companies in the United States. Centraudio, Inc. owns the Centraudio online platform and RBC Networks, a national radio network that owns and syndicates podcasts and other programming through terrestrial radio and on the Centraudio app.
Centraudio's predecessor was the radio division of RB Media. When the latter dissolved in 2016, the stations we're acquired by Studio Networks. In March 2021, the company rebranded to its current name.
