WABM (99.3 FM) is a commercial FM Radio station in Adventure Bay, New York. The station is owned by the Studio Networks and is known for playing a Spanish Top 40 format. The station's studios and offices are located in the Downtown Area and the transmitter site is atop Seal Island Lighthouse in Seal Island.

WABM also has a backup transmitter near the Yumi Farmland, New Jersey.

History[]

Smooth Jazz Days[]

WABM signs on-air as WMIR with a Smooth Jazz format.

CBS Acquisition[]

WMIR is acquired by CBS Radio for approximately $10.5 million from The City of Adventure Bay. As a result of the sale, WMIR flips to Hot AC as "Mix 99.3" and new call sign WNXT.

Mega/Ritmo era[]

CBS sells WNXT to RB Media, predecessor to the Quintana Media Group (previously Mas Media). WNXT becomes "Mega 99.3" with its current Spanish Top 40 format. In 2017, "Mega" renamed to its current "Ritmo" (Spanish for "Rhythm") branding.
